Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through various stages of the vacation planning process
• Learn about traveler interests, preferences, and travel objectives to provide tailored assistance
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation options, tours, and activities
• Recommend travel experiences that align with client expectations and budgets
• Assist with coordinating reservations and organizing itinerary details
• Provide clients with confirmations, travel information, schedules, and trip updates
• Support travelers with modifications, special requests, and travel-related questions
• Review booking details and travel documentation to help ensure accuracy
• Monitor upcoming trips and assist with completing outstanding arrangements
