Role Description

In this role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process. No previous insurance experience is required.

As a Virtual Customer Benefits Support Representative, you'll help create a positive client experience by combining customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and enrollment support. You'll work with individuals and families virtually, helping them understand available coverage and providing the information they need to make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
