[Hiring] Customer Experience Specialist @Paydex Technologies

Role Description

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Customer Experience Specialist based in the United States. In this customer support, client relations, and user onboarding role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our growing client base. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve complex platform issues, and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support platforms (like Zendesk or Intercom) with clear, professional communication.
• Guide new users through onboarding steps, ensuring they understand next actions and key features.
• Triage and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining a 15-30 minute initial response time during core hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
• Diagnose customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions, outcomes, and feedback in our CRM systems to help improve internal workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or client-facing account management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, ownership-driven approach to customer challenges.
• Comfort navigating CRM software, digital ticketing systems, and remote productivity tools (Slack, G Suite).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.
