[Hiring] Customer Data Integration Specialist @Remarque Systems

Role Description

Remarque Systems is looking for a Customer Data Integration Specialist to join our Clinical Technologies team.

The CDIS will be responsible for supporting customers in the setup of the Remarque System:

• Responsible for working with product specialists to identify client data and data sources for intake into the RSP.
• Assist with recognizing study risks and help evaluate risk profiles with customers.
• Actively work to support our customer base for all integration needs.
• Carry out client engagement, study setup, system design, and development as required by the company.
• Assist Product Support in monitoring and handling support requests.
• Provide feedback to the development team on the RSP, especially the data ingest toolsets.
• Provide interaction with customers in a manner that supports the company’s culture, mission, and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or similar field.
• 5+ years’ experience working with clinical data information technology and trial execution, including but not limited to experience with clinical trial protocol development, study risk analysis, data management, and trial monitoring.
• Understanding of SQL required to enable building of custom metrics where needed.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly, proficiency with general computer hardware and software.
• A disciplined self-starter, an excellent team player, collaborative and able to encourage effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Is customer service focused in approach to work both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
