Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Comfort using basic computer systems and Microsoft applications.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or medication orders, healthcare re-enrollment, or similar fields preferred.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous, even with frustrated or confused callers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Typing 35+ WPM.
• Experience working in a face-to-face or contact center environment that is highly focused on customer experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful.

Requirements

• Must pass Level II background check.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in handling high-volume calls and inquiries.
• Proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
