Role Description

We are seeking friendly, organized individuals to join our virtual team as Customer Care Advisor. This position focuses on providing responsive assistance to clients as they research, organize, and prepare for upcoming vacations.

• Learn about each client's upcoming trip, including preferred dates, destination ideas, interests, priorities, and budget, and research suitable options.
• Help coordinate lodging, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and other requested services through approved supplier resources.
• Organize confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, reservation details, and other important trip materials.
• Provide timely assistance by answering questions, sharing updates, following up on outstanding items, and supporting routine changes or special requests.
• Maintain accurate client records, review reservation information for completeness, and participate in ongoing supplier and destination education.

• Able to manage several client requests and deadlines effectively
• Comfortable conducting online research and learning new digital systems

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer skills and dependable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
