Role Description

This role will manage moderately complex book manufacturing and fulfillment projects across multiple facilities. The Customer Account Specialist II works independently to support mid-to-large sized accounts, ensuring high service levels and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate customer accounts and detailed job plans
• Manage production schedules, order updates, and timelines
• Review purchase orders and support order entry
• Partner with manufacturing teams on materials and scheduling
• Communicate customer expectations and project updates
• Support Sales with pricing, estimates, and RFP requests
• Help drive quality, accuracy, and process improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or account coordination experience
• Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Printing, publishing, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred

• This position primarily operates in an office environment (on-site or remote) and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
• The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, as well as occasional walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 10 pounds).
