Role Description

The Course Registration Support Representative checks the online enrollment stage, explains the published steps, and routes eligibility or payment questions to the correct team. This full-time remote customer service job includes office administration records that keep each inquiry connected to its course. You will not admit someone to a restricted program or promise a seat before confirmation.

• A learner finds a course but cannot tell whether their registration is complete.
• A place in a course has a status.
• Adding a course to a cart, submitting a form, and receiving an accepted registration can be different steps.
• Read the current course entry and the person's permitted account view.
• If capacity is limited, explain the confirmed status without suggesting a pending request is a guaranteed spot.
• A learner who used the wrong email address may need an identity check before any change is made.
• The role can include routine questions about dates, joining instructions, and what documents are needed.
• Use the current online guide.
• If a course has prerequisites or a fee exception, refer the question to the program owner.
• Keep a concise case history showing what was checked, what was explained, and what still needs review.
