[Hiring] Corporate Travel Consultant @Percepta

Role Description

As a Corporate Travel Consultant – Spanish-English, working remote in Athens, Greece, you’ll support business travelers and corporate clients throughout their travel journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing corporate travel bookings including flights, hotels, rail, car rentals, and other travel services using Spotnana and other travel booking platforms.
• Providing professional, personalized support to business travelers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Handling new reservations, changes, cancellations, rebookings, and itinerary adjustments while ensuring compliance with traveler preferences and corporate travel policies.
• Supporting travelers through flight disruptions, schedule changes, missed connections, cancellations, and other travel-related challenges.
• Recommending travel options by balancing company travel policies, traveler preferences, availability, and cost.
• Collaborating with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, and internal teams to resolve complex travel situations.
• Maintaining accurate traveler and booking information while staying updated on travel products, destinations, booking procedures, corporate travel policies, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of hands-on experience using Spotnana Agent Desktop.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English, both written and spoken.
• Corporate travel servicing experience, including reservations, ticketing, changes, cancellations, refunds, and disruption management.
• Ability to work from home in Greece, aligned with the Athens operation.
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional traveler experiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
