Role Description

We are selecting Computer User Support Specialists to contribute their advanced troubleshooting capabilities to a key customer project. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' proven experience providing Tier 2/3 IT support.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across varied platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and DNS troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with ticket management systems and thorough documentation practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on user-friendly explanations.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL are advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality input for technical projects.
