Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Community Moderator to oversee the integrity and quality of Audio & Video conversations on our platform. The Community Moderator will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and moderating audio & video conversations to ensure they meet the platform’s standards and guidelines.
• Identifying and flagging inappropriate, harmful conversations for review.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of community guidelines and ensuring they are applied consistently.
• Maintaining accurate records of moderation activities and contributing to periodic reports.
• Engaging with users & hosts to provide clarification on community policies when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific guidelines and community standards.
• Ability to make quick, balanced decisions based on platform guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu & English (Must know Read, write and speak).
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a professional and composed manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
