We're hiring a Client Support Specialist at Neighborly Software – where technology meets social impact!

• Be the first point of contact for clients needing support via phone, video, and email
• Manage updates to client systems with precision and care
• Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to build and configure new client applications
• Review peer configurations to ensure accuracy, impact, and consistency
• Solve problems creatively with professionalism while following best practices and maintaining SLAs
• Collaborate with amazing teammates in our Client Support team

• Help communities manage key government programs such as HUD, Disaster Recovery, Solar, and Treasury programs that change lives

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with client service experience (SaaS experience a plus!)
• Customer Service mindset - provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• The base salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 USD per year.
• Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
• This range reflects base salary only and does not include potential bonus, benefits, or other forms of compensation, which may also be part of the total offer.
