Role Description

As a Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat communication. You will also work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient process for our clients.

• Act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and requests.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Stay up-to-date on all company products and services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
• Assist clients with account setup, product inquiries, and billing inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product delivery, and customer retention.
• Act as a liaison between the clients and the company, advocating for our clients and providing transparent and open communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or post-secondary education is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• A positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
