Role Description

As a Client Services Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them maximize the value of our solutions. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options.

• Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions to issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Assist clients with onboarding and training on Paydex Technologies' products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Monitor client accounts and usage to identify opportunities for additional support or product enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in the technology or payment processing industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed.
