Role Description

SAGE Counseling's Client Services Associates (CSA) are primarily responsible for being the first point of contact for SAGE clients and referral sources. CSAs aid with appointment scheduling and a variety of administrative, coordination, and logistical services in support of triaging incoming referrals and general inquiries to SAGE.

• Appointment scheduling
• Processing treatment referrals
• Data entry into the electronic health record
• Maintaining client files
• Completing outgoing calls for services

The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a background in office administration.

This is a Full-Time position. Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Remote-based position, with the opportunity to work in a SAGE office - we have offices throughout AZ!

Pay: up to $22.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Differential pay offered!
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Eligible to successfully complete background check to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
• Prior experience in behavioral health field strongly preferred
• Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills
