Role Description

The Client Support Agent is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department of various Fortune 500 companies.

• Handle customer service calls professionally
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Accurately document call details and outcomes
• Meet attendance, quality, and performance benchmarks
• Maintain compliance with program requirements

Qualifications

• Must be a legal US Resident and Citizen
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check
• Must be able to work at least 15 hours (30 intervals) a week

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but is not required

• Patience and empathy - an ability to manage stress and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbal with outstanding listening skills
• Ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service
• Experience navigating and efficiently using program tools and software using technology
• Basic computer skills
