Role Description

As a Client Services Associate, you'll manage essential loan administration, payment processing, and financial transactions supporting international lending markets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in financial services, payments, loan operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in payment processing, preferably within financial services or loan administration, is an advantage.
• Previous experience in loan operations, including loan servicing and transaction processing, is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data management and administrative tasks.
• Experience with billing and invoicing processes.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures and related financial transactions.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate financial records and timely completion of tasks.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to assess information, resolve operational concerns, and support effective client service.
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs, evolving processes, and operational requirements.
• Strong commitment to quality, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Prepare and issue client invoices for upcoming scheduled activities through SOLVAS.
• Process loan rollover events, interest rate fixings, and commitment fees in SOLVAS, and prepare lender notices for review.
• Update completed task checklists and finalize diary events within established deadlines and in accordance with standard procedures.
• Generate payment files through the designated system and upload them to the banking platform.
• Maintain accurate daily cash balances for review and approval.
