In this role, you will help coordinate reservations and related services, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and event-based arrangements. Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with planning and coordinating customized arrangements
• Research, compare, and confirm reservation options based on client needs
• Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
• Communicate professionally via email and phone
• Assist with updates, changes, and service-related inquiries
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
