Role Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through project updates and addressing inquiries related to our construction management services. Your day-to-day work involves:

• Coordinating communication between internal project teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring that client needs align with our operational execution.
• Managing documentation and tracking project milestones from a client perspective.
• Helping maintain the trusted relationships that form the foundation of our community and client commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, client management, or a related role within construction or a similar project-based industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective daily coordination with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and project timelines simultaneously with attention to detail.

Compensation

The salary for this role is USD 3,500–5,200 per month.
