[Hiring] Client Information Specialist @Penbrothers

Role Description

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday remote/offshore position aligned with New Zealand or Australian working hours. As a Data Entry / Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately managing client vacancy data within Salesforce and associated systems, interpreting job requirements, maintaining data integrity, and delivering prompt, professional customer support to ensure smooth recruitment operational processes.

• Job & Inbox Management: Monitor dedicated vacancy inboxes to create, enter, and maintain client job listings within Salesforce and related systems in a timely manner.
• Vacancy & Financial Accuracy: Interpret job details to ensure accurate data entry, correct commission calculations, and up-to-date database records.
• Client Communication: Respond to incoming client inquiries professionally while adhering strictly to established service standards.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Follow organizational procedures, workflows, and quality benchmarks to maintain clean, accurate, and compliant records.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a high level of accuracy in data entry and database management.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, solve problems proactively, and maintain process compliance.
• Strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Background in administrative, customer-facing, or data entry roles (preferred), accompanied by strong customer service and professional communication skills.
