Role Description

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help turn travel ideas into well-planned experiences. As a Client Experience Planning Specialist, you'll assist with:

• Researching options
• Organizing reservations
• Coordinating schedules
• Keeping important trip details clear and accurate

Depending on the client's needs, this may include accommodations, activities, transportation, dining, or other experience-related arrangements. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, planning, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
