Role Description

We are seeking polished, organized individuals to join our remote team as Client Experience Concierge. In this role, you will help clients create a smooth and personalized vacation-planning experience by researching options, coordinating requested services, and keeping important details organized from beginning to end.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working closely with people, providing attentive service, and managing multiple details with care. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do

• Build rapport with clients and learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, priorities, and special requests.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved resources.
• Help coordinate selected arrangements while maintaining organized confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide personalized support through timely updates, thoughtful follow-up, answers to routine questions, and assistance with standard changes or requests.
• Monitor important deadlines, review information for accuracy, maintain current client records, and continue expanding your destination and supplier knowledge.

• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
