Role Description

We are currently seeking Spanish-speaking professionals to join our growing team serving families throughout the United States. This position focuses on customer service, client support, benefits education, and relationship management, support on sales. Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, text messages, and virtual meetings
• Assist clients with questions regarding available benefits, programs, and services
• Provide exceptional customer support and customer care
• Help clients understand available options and resources
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Document client interactions accurately within the CRM system
• Present products and services, explain their benefits, and support the sales and closing process with clients
• Follow up with prospects
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Support client satisfaction and retention initiatives

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent Spanish required
• English is a plus but not required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, education, administrative, or support experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• CRM experience is a plus
