• Manage a portfolio of complex and large subsidence claims.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Guide clients through the claims process from start to finish.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, resilience, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Help customers navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Make decisions based on facts, treating each claim on its individual merits.
• Further develop your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing property claims.
• Excellent communication skills for speaking and writing to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
• Conscientious and hard-working to achieve required results.
• Flexible and adaptable during times of high volumes.

Requirements

• Comprehensive training provided to excel in your role.
• Professional development towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification.
