[Hiring] Care Concierge / Patient Intake Coordinator @Rockstar

Role Description

They are looking for a highly organized, empathetic, and resourceful Care Concierge / Patient Intake Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families throughout their care journey. The aim is to ensure patients receive the level of service and compassion one would want for their loved ones. This role combines customer support, scheduling, coordination, patient communication, clinician coordination, administrative follow-through, and operational problem-solving.

They will help families:

• Schedule evaluations
• Complete required paperwork
• Navigate insurance and intake requirements
• Understand next steps
• Stay informed throughout the process

Many of the families spoken with may already feel overwhelmed, confused, or frustrated before reaching the company. The ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and calmly guide conversations forward will play a major role in the overall patient experience. This is not a passive call center role. They are looking for someone who can think critically, follow structured workflows carefully, manage multiple moving parts at once, and operate independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or emotionally sensitive situations
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
• Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet
• Backup power and backup internet solution available during outages
• Ability to work primarily during US business hours
• Comfortable working independently within a structured remote workflow

Requirements

• Previous healthcare support, patient coordination, or customer service experience
• Experience working remotely in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Intercom, or EHR systems
• Basic understanding of healthcare or insurance terminology
