The Cancellation Notice Coordinator handles communication regarding appointment cancellations and associated status updates. Responsibilities include:

• Sending the approved message.
• Ensuring clear communication to the affected parties.
• Recording actions taken for transparency.

This role does not involve deciding on cancellations, compensation, or replacement appointments. It begins after an approved decision or customer cancellation is processed.

Key tasks include:

• Identifying which parties must be notified.
• Preparing messages that clarify the booking and date affected.
• Ensuring messages do not expose private details.
• Recording when notices were sent and replies received.

The work requires a calm written tone to avoid confusion and ensure clarity in communication.

Qualifications

• Previous reception, customer service, or office administration experience is helpful.
• Careful reading of dates.
• Basic computer use.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Comfortable asking colleagues for clarification on conflicting instructions.

Requirements

• Ability to carry out notice work remotely.
• A quiet home office for careful checks of bookings and recipients.

Benefits
