Role Description

An approved campaign email is ready, and the team needs a careful final check of its recipient list. The Campaign Email Recipient Checker reviews assigned online segments against the provided instructions, flags unexpected entries, and records the outcome for the campaign owner. This full-time remote office administration role connects to customer service through respectful handling of contact preferences. You will not decide the campaign strategy or send an unapproved message.

• A check before the send:
• A list may include a contact who opted out, an address with an obvious typo, or a duplicate entry.
• Follow the employer's defined checks and refer questionable records to the authorized owner.
• Do not restore an unsubscribed contact because their name appears on an older spreadsheet.
• Confirm that the segment and scheduled campaign match before you mark a review complete.
• The team may also ask you to compare a small test list with the approved audience:
• Keep the distinction clear: a test address is not a production recipient.
• When a problem is found, describe the list, the specific issue, and what was checked without copying an entire contact database into an email.
• A campaign owner makes the final decision and controls the actual send.

What the role handles:

• Open the assigned online campaign and recipient instructions.

Customer service or office administration experience is useful, but no marketing background is required. Training will cover the platform, contact rules, and check procedure. You should be comfortable with online lists and spreadsheets, attentive to privacy, and willing to pause a questionable item for review.

The advertised pay is $32 per hour for full-time remote work. A private home office or similar setting is suitable for contact data. Hours and access arrangements will be confirmed by the employer.

Treat a test as a test:

• The campaign owner may send a proof to a small internal group before an approved audience receives anything.
• Verify that those addresses are part of the test, not copied from the production segment.
• If a name or suppression rule looks wrong, flag it before the owner approves the send.
• Your review is a defined checkpoint; it is not permission to change consent settings yourself.

An audience list can also change between the time it was prepared and the time a campaign is scheduled:

• Follow the employer's timing for a final check and record which version you reviewed.
