Role Description

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused Reservation Agents to be the voice behind unforgettable outdoor experiences. Whether you're answering questions, guiding customers through the booking process, or helping solve a problem, you'll make a real difference in helping people get outside and create their next adventure.

• Assist customers with reservations and account inquiries
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Navigate multiple systems while supporting callers
• Resolve questions efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Call Centre experience is an asset

Requirements

• Work From Home (Manitoba residents only)
• Contract Dates: January 7, 2027 - October 31, 2027
• Part-Time, 15-30 hours per week due to fluctuating call volumes

Training Requirements

• Orientation: Thursday, January 7, 2027
• Training Schedule:
• Week 1 - Monday, January 11, 2027 - Friday, January 15, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
• Week 2 - Monday, January 18, 2027 - Friday, January 22, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
• Full attendance is mandatory

Availability Requirements

• Our contact center operates 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, 7 days per week
• Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including:
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Holidays during the contract period
• This position is not suitable for candidates seeking daytime-only, fixed Monday-Friday schedules, or those who require extended time off during the peak summer season
• There are peak periods during our busy season when time-off requests may be limited
• Employees are expected to be available to work their maximum scheduled hours throughout July and the first week of August
• Time-off requests during this period generally cannot be accommodated
