[Hiring] Inbound Customer Service Representative @The Sydney Call Centre

Role Description

MCI is seeking Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to customers calling in with questions or concerns. This role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality service from a home-based environment.

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
• Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Subject to the program and location of the position.
• Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
• Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening. (Does not apply in Canada)
