[Hiring] Call Center Representative @Conduent

Role Description

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. We are looking for people with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and determined to deliver a comprehensive solution to these Supplemental benefits-related calls. Customer service experience is a plus but not required to be successful in this role.

• Provide exceptional customer support for claims, debit card issues, and website navigation
• Assist with commuter orders, eligible expenses, and balance inquiries
• Handle HSA contributions, distributions, and account setup
• Support tax form inquiries and profile updates
• Manage 30–40 calls per day while navigating multiple systems

A few questions you may be asked:

• I need to submit a reimbursement request; can you help me with that?
• This is my first time logging in to the portal and I need my password reset. Can you help?
• I need assistance navigating your website, can you assist?

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Great problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Flexibility to work weekends & holidays

Requirements

• Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices)
• Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
• Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems
• Successful completion of a background check is required for this position, which includes education and previous employment verification (you may be asked to provide proof of each)

Benefits

• Starting pay rate is $15.00 an hour
• Paid time off is accrued after 180 days of employment

Equipment and Workspace Requirements

• We provide all the equipment (Computer, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Headset, Ethernet Cord, Power Cables)
• You must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed
• You must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet
• You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
