You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding callers to positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable navigating computer systems, CRMs, and basic tech tools
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual abilities are a bonus, depending on team needs

Requirements

• Manage high-volume inbound calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Listen to customers' needs, assess requests, and provide accurate information or escalate as needed
• Resolve routine issues on first contact and route complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Document interactions clearly and accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Follow approved scripts and guidelines while personalizing conversations to the caller
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, promotions, and policies
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as handle time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services when appropriate
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
