[Hiring] Call Center Agent @Acrisure

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Sales Support Associate to join our growing health insurance call center. In this role, you will focus on client retention and customer service. Because this is an unlicensed position, you will not sell or quote insurance policies directly. Instead, your primary goal is to identify interested prospects and connect them with our team of licensed agents.

• Client Retention: Connect with clients via phone, email, and digital outreach to introduce our agency's services and generate interest.
• Customer Intake: Gather basic contact information and preliminary, non-regulated details from prospects to hand off to licensed staff.
• Data Management: Maintain, update, and log client interactions accurately within our customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Strict Compliance: Adhere strictly to state and federal insurance guidelines by never quoting rates, explaining specific plan benefits, or closing sales.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, inside sales, or general administrative support.
• Licensing: No active health or life insurance license is required (and no selling of insurance is permitted).
• Technical Setup: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening with empathy along with patience, and comfort with navigating Phone, and CRM platforms and basic computer systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish).

• Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
