[Hiring] Bilingual Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent @ResultsCX

Role Description

Our Bilingual Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent-Remote supports our customers with their health insurance plans during OEP season, taking calls and chats in both English and Spanish. A resident state license is required, but ResultsCX will support you in the purchase of any additional licenses required for your new position. There is no leads list, only qualified live leads transferred!

• Explain the features and advantages of available medical plans.
• Work to bring new members on and support current members with cost/plan analysis.
• Identify the best products for members during their yearly review.
• This is a sales position with paid training and no commission-based pay.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: English, Spanish
• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• License: Resident Life & Health Insurance License in Hand with CE completed
• Sales Skills: Charismatic and persuasive individuals who excel at building relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency required.
• Availability: Open availability between 7am-10pm EST, 7 days a week during the season.

Requirements

• PC or laptop running Windows 11 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone).
• High Speed Internet – minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
• Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable).
• 2 dedicated computer monitors, minimum 13 inches or larger.
• A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training.
• Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions.
• Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process.

Benefits

• Sales season base pay of $21 per hour on the first day of the selling season.
