Role Description

Fully Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Are you fluent in English and French, passionate about helping others, and looking to launch a long-term career in the insurance industry? We are seeking dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a 100% Remote position with an upcoming October Start Date!

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion

Qualifications

• Strong English and French communication skills (Mandatory)
• Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
• Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time (Multitasking)
• Strong Problem Solving skills
• Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
• Able to work under pressure
• High School Diploma Required
