Role Description

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least six months of experience in customer service, a call centre, chat support, or a role with measurable performance targets
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
• Spanish is an asset

• Clear communication and attentive listening skills
• Ability to adapt approach to each patient’s needs
• Motivated to meet and exceed goals while contributing to team success
• Independent, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with technology and able to navigate multiple applications and windows

• Starting wage of $20 per hour
• Monthly performance bonus of up to 20% of salary

Schedule and Training

• Available to work Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern Time
• Some shifts may be split based on operational needs
• Available for five (5) consecutive weeks of paid remote training, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern Time, starting November 16, 2026
