Role Description

As Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted Canadian voice for a major automotive brand. You'll provide exceptional service to vehicle owners addressing concerns about warranty coverage, repairs, dealership issues, and vehicle features. By listening calmly, responding with effective solutions, and taking complaints seriously, you’ll help reduce their stress and enhance their experience.

This opportunity represents an existing vacancy supporting current business operations.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Canada
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least 6 months of working experience in the customer service field
• Must pass a background check

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Proficient in MS Office 365, MS TEAMS, and a Microsoft Windows environment
• Able to navigate multiple systems and have an understanding of Google Maps or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and reliability
• A hardwired connection with an internet speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
• A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
• This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
