[Hiring] Analyst I Business Process Transactions @DXC Technology

Role Description

We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, insurance, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing, and modern workplace.

Our DXC Insurance Services help our customers optimize and transform operations, lower costs, increase agile new channels to growth. Our people, technology and best practices improve and automate highly complex business processes middle and back offices- while facilitating customer experience transformation.

• Provide service to annuity contract holders by responding to requests via written correspondence regarding their contract products and benefit plans.
• Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the contract, for example, policy provisions, values, basic procedures, etc.
• Process transactions and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas for processing.
• Efficiently access multiple electronic systems to provide complete response.
• Work diligently to enhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and our insurance clients.
• Support special campaigns as needed, or if solicited by the customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required as minimum degree (diploma needs to be provided).
• 2 years of Life Insurance and Annuities experience is required.
• Elite customer service experience is required.
• Understanding of insurance products as well as administrative, claims, underwriting and marketing organizations is required.
• Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required background checks and drug screenings, as mandated by client onboarding requirements.

Work Environment

• This position is fully remote within the United States only.
• Home base, remote – Laptop will be provided.
• Training: 2-4 weeks; typically, 8-4:30/5pm EST; M-F.
• Regular work shift: Monday – Friday, core business hours are 7:30am to 6pm EST (8 hours shift).
