Business Process Analyst Senior

Our work depends on a Business Process Analyst Senior with Scrum Master experience joining our team to support our customer activities in Washington, DC. This position can be worked Remote.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and improving business processes
• Gathering and translating stakeholder requirements
• Documenting workflows
• Identifying operational efficiencies
• Supporting data-driven decision-making

This role requires strong knowledge and application of Agile and Scrum practices to:

• Facilitate ceremonies
• Support backlog refinement
• Remove impediments
• Track sprint progress
• Help cross-functional teams deliver high-quality solutions on time

The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who can:

• Bridge business needs and technical execution
• Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced customer environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis or similar role

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks
• Proven experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements and project tracking while leveraging AI
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing requirements and creating user stories
