Role Description

This role involves supporting day-to-day office operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow across teams.

• Provide administrative support to management and team members (calendar management, scheduling, email correspondence)
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and internal messaging
• Organize meetings, appointments, and conference calls
• Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and records
• Assist with onboarding, office supplies, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Support cross-functional teams with project coordination and follow-ups
• Any additional job duties assigned

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
