Role Description

As an ACEP Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming RSVP phone calls for one of our premier lead sources known as advertised community education events.
• Interacting with potential customers and maintaining the RSVP process to ensure that these events run smoothly.

This role requires someone with:

• Customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• An upbeat and positive attitude
• The ability to communicate in multiple formats (phone, email, chat, etc.)

This position is full time (40hrs, with Saturday/Sunday coverage required):

• Shift start time is 6am PST, 5 days/week must include Sat/Sun, 8hr days

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service related fields or undergraduate degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP
• Strong written communication and composition skills
• High level of professionalism

• Task Management – Works well taking direction from different team members; balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; gathers and organizes information for analysis; identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
