• Flagging access problems and unclear results for a designated specialist.
• Maintaining clear case history and next owner assignments.

Qualifications

• Customer service or office administration experience is useful but not mandatory.
• Comfortable writing concise instructions.
• Ability to pause when an identity question is outside authority.
