[Hiring] Validation & Compliance Analyst @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking a Validation & Compliance Analyst to provide independent operational validation and reporting support for their vulnerability management service. This role coordinates rescans, maintains data quality, manages exceptions, supports KPI and audit reporting, and provides weekend validation coverage when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute vulnerability rescans following remediation events and verify finding closures.
• Perform data-quality reviews across vulnerability, asset, ownership, ticket, SLA, and exception records.
• Administer remediation exceptions and risk acceptances by validating justifications, approvals, and expiry dates.
• Prepare recurring KPI and compliance reporting covering open exposure, aging, SLA attainment, and reopen rates.
• Support audit and control-assurance activities by collecting evidence and maintaining traceability.
• Provide planned weekend or after-hours validation support for major patching events and maintenance windows.
• Perform manual operations for central teams where automation is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability validation, security operations, compliance reporting, or technology risk support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies across large operational datasets.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability scanners, ITSM, exception workflows, and audit evidence.
• Clear documentation, follow-up, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• BI reporting or spreadsheet-based dashboard experience.
• Familiarity with GRC or compliance frameworks.

Location & Work Model

Fully remote - open to candidates in the USA or Canada. Planned weekend/after-hours availability required for major remediation events.
