[Hiring] Statutory Compliance Lead @OCS Group

Role Description

• Support compliance across Critical Environment assets, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, contractual and client requirements.
• Support technical and safety governance across Data Centres, LV infrastructure, UPS systems, standby generation, HVAC and associated mechanical and electrical services.
• Support governance of the Preventative Maintenance (PM) programme, ensuring maintenance strategies align with statutory obligations, manufacturer recommendations, SFG20 guidance, asset criticality and operational risk.
• Ensure statutory and maintenance inspections, examinations, testing and certification activities are being planned, completed and recorded efficiently.
• Monitor compliance and PM performance, identifying compliance risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain compliance registers, safe operating procedures and compliance documentation to support audit readiness.
• Develop, support and maintain quality and safety management systems to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Lead and support technical and safety assurance activities across Critical Environment operations, including risk assessments, audits and inspections.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
• Monitor and support the development of staff technical competence (authorised persons, suitably competent and qualified person, etc.).
• Support the successful delivery and continual improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems through internal and external audit programmes.
• Proactively monitor emerging legislative and regulatory changes, standards and industry best practice, ensuring procedures and maintenance strategies remain current.
