Role Description

As a Compliance Specialist at The PMC you will be responsible for supporting properties and staff to ensure compliance with all legislative & regulatory requirements as imposed by various agencies, including but not limited to:

• HUD
• LIHTC
• RD
• HOME
• HTF
• Conventional
• Contract Administrators
• Tax Credit authorities
• State and Local jurisdictions

Customer service and rapport within the company, and with all stakeholders involved in operations of the properties, is a critical component of this position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, researching, and understanding various legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Implementing and monitoring compliance across all applicable CCI properties.
• Staying informed about compliance matters and related topics.
• Taking ownership of required programs such as Secure Systems, SAVE, and State/CA systems.

Qualifications

• Degree: Associates Degree preferred
• Current LIHTC Compliance certificate
• Relevant certificates such as COS, BOS, or equivalent
