[Hiring] Compliance Investigator Specialist @Matriz

Role Description

• Conduct Internal Investigations:
  • Investigate reports and allegations received by the company.
  • Conduct fact- and evidence-based investigations.
  • Assess information, documents, and testimonies.
  • Ensure impartiality throughout the investigation process.
• Conduct Investigative Interviews:
  • Interview complainants, witnesses, and involved parties.
  • Handle difficult and sensitive conversations.
  • Ask questions to gather relevant facts.
  • Maintain a professional attitude even in situations involving conflict or resistance from interviewees.
• Prepare Investigation Reports:
  • Produce clear, objective, and high-quality reports.
  • Document evidence, analyses, and investigation conclusions.
  • Properly record cases for audit and compliance purposes.
• Manage Cases in the System:
  • Register and track investigations in a case management tool.
  • Use the Case IQ system (previous knowledge is a plus but not required).
  • Update case statuses, evidence, and documentation.
• Work on Compliance and Ethics Matters:
  • Support processes related to:
    • Compliance
    • Audit
    • HR Investigations
    • Legal Investigations
    • Code of Conduct
    • Corporate Ethics Issues
• Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity:
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ensure independence and objectivity throughout investigations.
  • Follow strict ethical and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential (interaction with global teams).
• Solid prior experience in compliance.
• Experience handling confidential data.
• Basic to intermediate Spanish.
• Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, resilience.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Advanced Spanish.
