As an AML Sanctions Advisor within PNC's Financial Intelligence Unit Operations organization, you may be based in a remote location. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to support a fast-paced AML and Financial Crimes organization. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing operational reporting, performance metrics, dashboards, and data analysis to support management decision-making and regulatory reporting needs. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Excel skills, strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, and experience translating data into actionable insights for business partners and senior leadership. Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes or financial crimes operations is preferred. Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collectively as a team.

• Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop reports, dashboards and metrics from raw data sources, rather than solely maintaining or utilizing existing reports
• Advanced Excel and/or Power BI experience with an emphasis on data analysis as well as visualization
• Forecasting model development

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
