Role Description

As our Senior Internal Communications Manager, you’ll work directly with executive leaders to find the story inside complex business decisions and make it meaningful to employees across the organisation.

• You’ll own communications for a portfolio of corporate functions and enterprise initiatives, giving you a voice in some of the most visible and strategically important work happening across Pax8.

You'll join a collaborative global Internal Communications team where people bring diverse expertise, share ideas and support one another while remaining trusted to own their work.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, Change Communications or a related field.
• Experience working across global organisations and communicating with diverse audiences.
• Comfortable partnering directly with executive leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to turn complex business challenges and organisational priorities into clear, engaging narratives.
• Experience supporting all-hands meetings, leadership forums, town halls or large-scale communication initiatives.
• Exceptional writing, editing and presentation development skills.
• Clear, structured and thoughtful communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Thrive in environments where priorities evolve and no two days look quite the same.
• Build credibility quickly and influence without formal authority.
• Curiosity, sound judgement and a genuine passion for storytelling.
• Exposure to AI-enabled communication practices or modern communication platforms.

• Valid right to work in the United States.

• Annual base salary: $105,000-$130,000
