[Hiring] Community Manager @Kurogo Group

Role Description

We’re looking for an ambitious and people-focused Community Manager to help Kurogo’s clients turn visibility into real relationships, and relationships into opportunities. You’ll likely have 1-2 years’ experience in a social media role and know what it takes to create meaningful engagement online. More importantly, you’re a natural community builder - someone who thrives on connecting people, sparking conversations, and making others feel seen.

As a Community Manager, you’ll work across 1-2 Pods, alongside Account Managers and Content Writers, managing a portfolio of clients (founders, CEOs, C-Suite executives and leaders across industries). You’ll take charge of network growth, daily engagement, and relationship-building.

You’ll need sharp judgement, commercial awareness, and confidence in handling online conversations with care - even in sensitive situations. Just as importantly, you’ll be proactive, organised, and friendly - someone who clients and colleagues trust to deliver with care and consistency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in community management on social media (ideally LinkedIn)
• Strong writing skills - warm, concise, and adaptable to different tones and industries
• Proactive and organised: enjoys structure and quick to take initiative
• Detail-oriented and cares about quality
• Commercially aware - able to spot when a relationship could become an opportunity
• Enjoys feedback and collaboration
• Proactive, solutions-focused with a strong ownership mentality
• Desire to grow with the company

Requirements

• Build and grow LinkedIn networks on behalf of clients, focusing on quality over quantity
• Connect with industry leaders, creators, and partners
• Engage in conversations that position clients as trusted voices
• Reply to comments on client posts in a thoughtful manner
• Spot golden threads worth escalating or celebrating
• Engage with high-priority accounts in natural ways
• Track and share wins with clients and internally
• Help build smarter systems and processes for all Community Managers
• Contribute to End of Week Roundups and monthly reports

• Salary: £25,750 - £26,500 per annum (depending on experience)
