What You'll Do

  • Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
  • Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
  • Provide ongoing policy support and follow-up communication

  • Develop trusted relationships through exceptional client service
  • Conduct benefit reviews and policy updates
  • Help clients understand their options as their needs evolve

  • Keep accurate digital client records

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction

Qualifications

• Comfort using computers, Zoom, and virtual communication tools
• Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, education, financial services, military support, sales, or client relations is helpful—but not required.

Important Information About This Opportunity

• This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
• Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
  • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
  • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
• No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
