[Hiring] Senior Growth Manager @Acceleration Partners

Role Description

The Senior Growth Manager is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners. Candidates must reside in Mexico City, Mexico. Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc. Candidates must hold a valid passport, be able to travel internationally, and speak fluent Portuguese. We are also open to candidates fluent in Spanish.

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for some of our largest and most complex client programs. In this role, you will:

• Identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth.
• Shape recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies.
• Uncover emerging growth opportunities.
• Influence partnership roadmaps beyond traditional affiliate models.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Affiliate marketing background required; direct exposure to creator partnerships, AEO, or retail media is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated track record of independently closing larger or more complex deals.
• Proven excellence in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue/recruitment targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks, including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, industry conferences, and events.

• Target Salary is $80,000 - $95,000 depending on location and experience.
